DigiTech Consult developed “Adi” for Advance Expert Valuations – an AI assistant available on the company’s website. It supports customers in Bulgarian and facilitates the initial contact when requesting a professional valuation.
We are pleased to serve as the technology partner for a project that provides a more accessible and structured digital entry point to a professional service requiring extensive expertise.
Advance Expert Valuations works with clients seeking valuations of real estate, machinery and equipment, and business assets, as well as valuations for banking, accounting, insurance, legal, or institutional purposes. In many of these cases, clients have a specific need but may be unsure which type of valuation applies, what information they need to provide, or what happens after the initial inquiry.
This initial stage is precisely where Adi provides support. The assistant complements the professional work of the valuers by helping clients understand the process, submit essential information, and connect with a member of the Advance team when necessary.
What Problem Does Adi Solve?
When a client needs a professional valuation, the reason is usually specific: a mortgage loan, a property transaction, a banking requirement, an insurance need, an accounting purpose, a legal matter, or a business process. However, this does not necessarily mean that the client is familiar with the valuation process.
The initial questions are usually practical:
What type of valuation do I need?
What information should I provide?
What determines the price?
Which documents may be required?
What happens after the initial inquiry?
With a standard contact form, clients must decide how to describe their case. During a phone call, some of the conversation is often spent clarifying basic details. Adi was developed specifically for this initial stage, when the client has yet to formulate a complete request but needs a clear way to begin the process.
What Can Adi Do?
The conversation with Adi is considerably more sophisticated than a standard chat with prewritten responses. The assistant is designed to support clients from their very first questions, whether they are seeking general information, have a specific case, or want to submit a request directly.
Depending on the conversation, Adi can answer questions about the different types of professional valuations, help clients identify the type most suitable for their case, and explain which assets Advance Expert Valuations can assess. It can also calculate prices, provide guidance on completion times for specific scenarios, ask follow-up questions based on the purpose of the valuation, collect the necessary initial information, and guide clients to the next step.
When a case requires professional assistance, the conversation can be transferred to a member of the team. This approach replaces an empty free-text field with a structured conversation, making the initial stage of the service clearer for the client and more useful for the team.
Scenarios Based on the Specific Case
The conversation with Adi adapts to each client’s situation. Based on the client’s selections and responses, the assistant follows different logical paths and asks only the questions relevant to the specific case.
A client seeking a valuation for a mortgage loan follows a different conversation path from someone requesting a valuation of a business, machinery, agricultural land, a vehicle, or a property intended for sale or purchase. Adi guides the client in providing information about the purpose of the valuation, the bank that requires it, whether the client is an individual or a legal entity, the type of property or asset, the key parameters that affect the price and completion time, and the details required to begin the request.
This approach allows more structured information to be collected from the outset, supporting the expert team’s subsequent work.
How the Expert Team Retains Its Role
Adi supports the initial stage of client contact without replacing the work of professional valuers. When a case requires expert judgment, further clarification, or an individual review, the conversation can be transferred to a member of the Advance team.
This distinction is an important part of the project: the service remains firmly grounded in professional expertise, while the assistant provides a more accessible entry point. Clients can complete the first step more easily, and the team receives clearer initial context.
The Role of DigiTech Consult
As the developer of Adi, DigiTech Consult worked on the assistant’s structure, conversational logic, use of information from the website and knowledge base, customer scenarios, pricing parameters, completion times, and the process for transferring a conversation to a team member when necessary.
We are proud to have delivered a project that extends beyond typical AI applications. Developed in collaboration with the Advance Expert Valuations team, the project makes the initial contact with a professional service faster, more structured, and more accessible for clients.
The project demonstrates how an AI assistant can support a professional service when it is designed around genuine customer questions, a specific business process, and a clear connection to the expert team.
