We have entered into a strategic partnership with IntellixCore to develop integrated AI solutions, increase development, systems integration and implementation capacity, and create new customer and partner opportunities across Europe.
The collaboration combines IntellixCore’s Human Process Architecture methodology and agentic workforce governance and orchestration capabilities with our software-development resources, systems integration expertise and delivery capacity. IntellixCore’s and DigiTech Consult’s extend their capabilities for integration with customers’ existing enterprise systems and third-party AI platforms, enabling governed agentic workflows within their established technology environments.
Together, we aim to provide organizations with a coordinated route from workflow design and product development through configuration, integration, implementation, and continued support.
Initial collaboration will focus on governed task-advisory workflows for audit and insurance, reflecting the companies’ current areas of activity. The partnership will provide a foundation for extending these capabilities into additional sectors and professional services use cases, while supporting the development of new commercial relationships across European markets.
Integrated solutions require technology and delivery capacity
Professional-services firms are progressing from individual AI tools toward governed implementation within established workflows, methodologies and review structures.
This transition requires an operating environment for Agentic Workers, a clear method for designing professional workflows, and sufficient engineering capacity to connect those workflows with the firm’s systems and controls.
IntellixCore provides the governed technology and operating methodology. We contribute deep business-analysis expertise, practical judgement and extensive cross-industry experience, translating customer requirements into best-fit solution designs and developing and implementing tailored, integrated solutions within operational environments.
The combined model will support customer-specific solutions while creating additional capacity for IntellixCore product development and European customer projects.
Professional Services gives the partnership an exciting starting point for growth in all business sectors
Professional Services work depends on connected professional activities that include evidence collection, control testing, exception assessment, documentation and review.
Our joint development and integration capability will support the implementation of complex workflows within firm methodologies, platforms, and data environments. Potential applications include evidence of collection, workpaper preparation, control-testing support, exception identification, and the preparation of review-ready findings.
Qualified individuals will retain responsibility for professional judgement, conclusions, and final approval.
“DigiTech Consult adds the development and delivery capacity required to turn our technology and methodology into customer-specific solutions. Together, we can support professional-services firms with governed implementation while building new customer and partner opportunities across Europe,” said Sultan Mahmood, Co-founder & CEO IntellixCore.
DigiTech Consult expands the variety of the custom solutions
Our role will cover software development, customer-specific workflow configuration, integrations between systems of multiple partners of ours, implementation support and continued development for delivering End-to-end innovative solutions for our customers.
This capacity will support IntellixCore product development initiatives and provide additional resources for customer projects. It will also help both companies respond to opportunities that require regional implementation of knowledge and closer delivery support.
Our experience in AI enterprise automation provides a practical foundation for connecting Agentic Workers with established platforms, data sources, approval structures and operational controls. Our domain knowledge across a range of industries, combined with our experience in designing complex solutions involving multiple systems and integrations, enables us to assess each process within its broader business and operational context. This supports well-founded solution design and effective end-to-end process optimisation.
“IntellixCore brings a governance and orchestration framework, together with a methodology designed around professional work. We contribute business analysis, best-fit solution design, systems integration and implementation expertise, enabling these capabilities to operate across customers’ existing systems and third-party AI platforms. This partnership creates a credible delivery model for customer-specific, integrated solutions and opens new commercial opportunities across Europe,” said Milena Ribarova, founder and CEO of DigiTech Consult.
European market development will be built through joint execution
European expansion is a shared commercial objective of the partnership.
We will work together to develop new customer and partner relationships, identify professional-services workflows that benefit from governed Agentic Workers and build delivery capacity closer to regional organisations.
Initial collaboration will cover joint solution development, audit task-advisory workflows, customer-specific configuration, systems integration, implementation support, and European business development.
This structure connects the three objectives of the partnership. Customers gain access to integrated technology and delivery expertise. Both companies gain a coordinated model for developing opportunities across Europe.
From 30 September 2026, our teams will begin developing joint market opportunities and supporting customer initiatives under the partnership.
